Welcome to Blazing Horizon Resort

By booking a stay at Blazing Horizon Resort, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all our guests.

1. Reservations and Payment

• All bookings require a valid credit card to secure the reservation.
• Full payment or a designated deposit may be required at the time of booking or upon arrival.
• Rates are subject to change without notice, but your rate is guaranteed once your booking is confirmed.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reserved stay.
• (Please note: specialized packages or group bookings may have different cancellation terms.)

3. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in time: 3:00 PM
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Late check-outs may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability and potential additional fees.

4. Cottage and Chalet Rules

• Smoking: All cottages and chalets are strictly non-smoking indoors. A cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found inside the units.
• Pets: Please inquire about our specific pet policy prior to booking. Unauthorized pets may incur additional cleaning fees.
• Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages to the property, furniture, or equipment during their stay. The credit card on file will be charged for necessary repairs or replacements.
• Quiet Hours: To ensure all guests can enjoy the peaceful sound of the ocean, please observe quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

5. Liability

Blazing Horizon Resort is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Guests use the property, including decks, firepits, and grounds, at their own risk.
